The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing world-class service to prospective, new and existing customers, ensuring the effective use and satisfaction with the company products and services for Vyne.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate communication with potential and existing client base with a high level of service and relationship building
Resolve or facilitate resolution of customer issues for all Trace solution sets
Document all communications with accurate, concise and complete notes, following documentation procedures.
Maintain expert knowledge of products and services sufficient to perform duties.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Actively participate as a positive team player within the department and company.
Consistently demonstrate the core values of Vyne
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
Business writing proficiency
Above average understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating environment
Call Center Experience is essential
Experience in Supporting Software
Troubleshooting in the Windows environment is essential
Experience in Microsoft Office products is preferred
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
